Telos Review

A 14-day, fixed-price reliability audit of your AI agent system. We find where it will duplicate actions, lose its place or fail silently, and give you a prioritised plan to fix it.

It is for engineering leaders with an agent in pilot or early production that worked in the demo and misbehaves under real use: actions run twice, runs lose their place, and nobody can say exactly what the agent did.

What we examine

  • Failure modes. Every tool the agent can call, what it changes in the world, and what happens on timeouts, retries, crashes and duplicate events.
  • Observability. Whether a single run can be traced end to end, and the gaps that would leave an incident unexplained.
  • Evaluation. What your evals cover, what they miss, and whether anything stops a regression reaching production.
  • Audit trail. Whether you can reconstruct what the agent did, with which inputs, and why. This is the engineering record. Your legal or compliance team decides what the rules require; we don’t give legal advice.

What you get

A written report with a prioritised remediation plan, and a read-out call with your team. Each finding says what fails, why it matters, and what to change first.

How it runs

  1. A 20-minute call to check the fit and agree what is in scope.
  2. A written proposal with the scope and a fixed price, paid upfront.
  3. Week one: an architecture walkthrough with the engineers who built the system, then read-only access to code, configuration, traces and eval results.
  4. Week two: analysis, the written report, and the read-out call.

Price

A fixed price, based on the number of agents and tools in scope and agreed before work starts. The first 3 clients get a founding rate, from £5,000, in exchange for a published case study that you approve before it goes out.

After the review

Your team can take the plan and do the work. Or we can: Telos Build implements the fixes, including durable execution, idempotent tools, tracing, and evals in CI. It is priced by milestone where possible, and by the day otherwise.
